I'm having the same problem. No way reaching the support, also the link EA_Barry sent didn't help at all. Did you manage to solve it?

No contact for EA support pushing us all to a page of a snapshot of how it should work. THERE ARE NO OPTION TO DO AS IT SUGGESTS ON THAT PAGE. The BOT is USELESS and there is no way to contact support anymore.
