EA Help Live Chat Don’t See

The support website has changed slightly. I will leave a step by step guide here on how to reach out to the chat support. 
Once you visit this link, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "contact us" button:  

On the next page, you will be asked to tell us about your issue. If you select "Update EA Account" and fill in the rest of the form, you should see the option to start a chat at the bottom of the page:

This is not helpful at all, I cannot even re-open any of my past cases.

Can't find live chat.

Good luck getting ahold of anyone from EA. Their Beta chat doesn't work and they dont respond to emails. They charged me 3 times for a purchase and never got a response so I filed a charge back through paypal. Only then did I get a response from EA and it was an automated one saying I'm now on restriction for filing a charge back.

I’m just trying to get a dead email address that’s linked to my psn deleted, my cases keep getting deleted and I’m getting no help.

I try do phone chat its don't work. Ever time use EA Chat I been hold three days. I there phone for EA.

EA_cuervo​  is there a suggested time to start a chat because every time I have tried it says over a 4hr wait which doesn’t seem right.

I understand how frustrating long wait times can be, especially when you're trying to get help quickly. At the moment, EA Help chat is experiencing higher demand due to beta game releases, which have led to longer wait times across the board. Unfortunately, there isn’t a specific time of day that guarantees a shorter queue, and we’re not able to influence or reduce those wait times from our side.
