EA Play+Xbox Game Pass error: Missing DLL: [d3dx9_27.dll] Error: 0x7E

Hi everyone! I recently install spore from EAPlay with xbox gamepass but when I try to launch it, show me the next error code: Licencia no valida. Código de error = Missing DLL: [d3dx9_27.dll] Error: 0x7E. I already reinstaled the game but this problem keep appearing and dont find my problem in any other forum.

    Hi @FPTIXES can you try the VC++ 2013, you should see them in the spore install folder (Spore\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist) Also the DXsetup (Spore\__Installer\directx\redist)?

    For the VC++ if you get a message saying there already installed you should have a repair option to select instead. 

    If you still run into issues after, try System File Checker tool with windows then check for device and driver updates and give it one more try.

    @EA_Illium I finished to install, reinstall the game and restart the computer but this don’t solve yet. Anyways thank u so much to answer.
