Formal Appeal for Account E6SG22 – Request for Review

Dear EA Staff and Forum Administrators,

I am writing to formally appeal the ban on my EA account, E6SG22, registered under email [edit: email address removed]. I am a college student and a loyal player of the Battlefield series.

  1. My Situation

I received the ban notification on July 29, 2026. However, I have not logged into any EA game since June 15, 2026, due to my final semester exams. I did not even launch the game client for over a month. The ban occurring during my complete absence from the game deeply confuses and distresses me.

I purchased the Battlefield series because of my genuine interest in World War I and World War II history. The immersive historical settings and attention to detail have made this franchise a precious hobby that helps me unwind from my academic workload. For this reason, I have always strictly followed EA's User Agreement and the Positive Play Charter, and have never engaged in any unfair play.

  1. Possible Cause of the Ban

I solemnly declare that I have never used any cheats, macros, mods, or third-party tools in any EA game. My gameplay statistics (K/D ratio, accuracy, win rate, etc.) are all at an average player level and can be verified by EA's internal logs.

I believe the ban may have been triggered by IP address fluctuations caused by my network accelerator. Due to unstable internet connections in my region, I must use a legitimate network accelerator to reduce latency and avoid disconnections. The accelerator routes my connection through different regional nodes, causing my login IP to change frequently. This may have been mistakenly flagged by EA's security system as account sharing or unauthorized access. I assure you that I am the sole user of this account, and there has never been any malicious intent.

  1. My Sincere Request

I fully understand EA's zero-tolerance policy against cheating. However, I kindly ask you to consider the objective network limitations faced by players in China, which force us to use accelerators.

I am fully willing to cooperate and provide supporting evidence, including: accelerator purchase records and usage logs; game purchase receipts; and my school exam schedule to confirm my absence during the ban period.

  1. Looking Forward

This account holds years of memories and means a great deal to me. I have been eagerly following the upcoming Battlefield 6 and planned to purchase it upon release. Losing this account would mean losing years of progress and memories, and would prevent me from supporting EA's future titles – a significant loss for a dedicated history-loving player.

I earnestly request a thorough review of my case and a fair opportunity to prove my innocence. Please let me know if any additional information is needed – I am happy to provide it.

Thank you for taking the time to read this appeal. I look forward to your response.

Sincerely,

A Loyal Player

Thank you for your reply, but I am currently unable to resubmit my appeal; is there any other way to contact the BF1 management team?

    E6SG22,

Our terms of service team is, in fact, staffed by humans. Humans check your appeal and review whatever evidence and logs they have. If you think they've made a mistake you can always reach out to them again.

Thank you very much for your patient response. However, the current issue is that my appeal has been handled by the AI, and I am now unable to file a new appeal through the human support team.
