Friend can't connect via Steam in game It Takes Two

When I call a friend through invite a game, an error appears with the message “I do not have the copyright for the game.” Could it be because we are in different regions? I'm from Kazakhstan, the other player is from Vietnam. If called via remote play together, endless loading occurs

Hey BopBibop looking into this more and this may be an issue Steam side. Do you both have the most up to date versions of Steam and the EA app and can you ensure that you are logged into the correct EA account.
