"Galactic Adventures" Not Registering on spore.com or EA App

I'm having an issue with my copy of Galactic Adventures not registering on the EA App or spore.com.

I've owned Spore and its DLC for quite a long time now through Steam. I recently got back into the game, and checked my spore.com account. On said account, it was not registering the fact I owned the DLC. So, I linked my Steam and EA accounts. Didn't work. Then, I redeemed the CD Keys from Steam on the EA App. Creepy & Cute worked, but Galactic Adventures did not. It does not show up within my EA App library/add-ons, nor does it give me the badge on spore.com.

I've contacted support about this and I've gotten to the point where they won't let me start a live chat anymore. None of them have been helpful so far- telling me to contact Steam about it, or completely missing the point of my message. (Which has been very infuriating.) They think I'm asking about the DLC itself- which I am not, I am asking about the DLC being "enabled" on my spore.com account.

I am not having issues with the DLC itself, just the fact that it's not showing up on my spore.com account, which means I am unable to share my creations using the DLC with other Spore players.

Has anybody else had this issue? Have you found a fix for it? Please let me know. It's becoming very frustrating and I'm not sure what to do, to be honest.
