Game crash causes Blue Screen / System Restart

 ("Your device ran into a problem") Description of Issue: Whenever I attempt to launch or play any game from EA my PC suddenly crashes and displays a Windows error screen stating: "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart." My system then forces a full reboot. Steps to Reproduce: Open the EA App. Launch any game from ea. System crashes immediately to a Blue Screen (BSOD) and restarts.

    Sorry you’re running into this.

    Please try the following:

    1. Make sure Windows is fully up to date.
    2. Update your graphics driver directly from NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel. 
    3. If you’re using any CPU/GPU overclocking, try reverting it to default settings for testing.
    4. Run the Windows system file checks:
      • Open Command Prompt as administrator.
      • Run:
        DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
      • Once that finishes, run:
        sfc /scannow
      • Restart the PC afterwards.
    5. Open Reliability Monitor in Windows and check the entries around the time of the crashes to see whether the same driver, application, or Windows component appears repeatedly.
