Games will not launch two diffrenent games will not start

Thanks for the additional information. There are a couple of things that you can try here; 

• Make sure your Windows is up to date
• Set up a gaming profile for your dedicated graphics card. As we can see in the DxDiag, you have two video cards, if the system is trying to launch the game using the incorrect one, it might cause the game and EA app to crash.
