Garden Warfare 2 xbox

I'm playing PvZ Garden Warfare 2 on xbox and the in-game region is locked to 'North America East'.

There is no option to change the region in game. Normally, I would use the 'X' button from the multiplayer portal but this option is not there.

I have tried the following:

1. Region and Language changed to US
2. Uninstall game and re-install game to purge game storage
3. Checked my xbox profile location (UK)
4. Checked my MS profile location (UK)

I can't see how to change the location back to Europe.
