I bought SPORE Collection on GOG and it has no serial keys. Instead of keys, there is a message that "serial keys depleted".
I contacted GOG support and they said that you (EA) should provide them with new keys. It was almost a month ago and there are still no serial keys.
May I know when new serial keys will be delivered to GOG?
I wouldn't hold out much hope. Unfortunately Spore is an old game and EA is a * company who only cares about money. If they can take your cash without having to actually provide anything they will gladly leave it at that. I'd perform a refund if you can or a chargeback on your card.

Yeah as far as I know, Maxis was sending lists of serial codes to GOG. Not an automated process to my knowledge. I believe the Maxis live team is now busy with other games and doesn't really focus on Spore much anymore so it was likely forgotten.
If you go to EA support and give them proof of purchase from GOG, they can manually give you a code (entitlement) on your account.
