Having trouble with EA Support

Question

I've made a case about trying to unlink an EA account from my steam because it has been compromised, but everytime it makes me wait for an agent then all of a sudden after maybe around 30 minutes the case closes and apparently they've been chatting me but on the chat box it said I was 99+ in queue or something. This has been happening since yesterday and I need help on this

I finally got support from EA for a different issue granted, though I have to go back into the queue for the unlinking of the accounts I'll worry about that when I get off work tomorrow.
