When you access EA Help on your phone, press "Contact Us." You'll see options to enter keywords for your problem and explain it. Enter "Login" as the keyword, upload proof of your purchase, and press "Send Email." Below that, you'll find an option to chat with customer service. You can then explain your problem to a representative. When I log in to EA Help on my computer, only AI customer service representatives appear, but logging in on my phone includes the option to send an email. You can try it.
