how to change the graphics settings outside of the game?
I need to change the graphics settings of the game whithout using the game menu (my scren terns balck wen i start the game... because i changed the monitor setting in the game).

You can only change the graphics setting into game.
Unless you let it run in admin mode and use compatibility mode
