How to get patch 5.1 on steam, and fix a bug. please help.

Question

Hi.Just quickly want to know, how do I install patch 5.1 on the steam version of the game? Currently I have patch 3, but that is it, steam doesn't update it any higher than that at all.There is also a bug involved: whenever I put wings on my creatures, it causes them to tilt down when flying so it looks like they are diving at the ground.Please help me here, it is really frustrating to have problems when I just want to play a simple game.Thanks to anyone who helps.

You can try it in this way, navigate under C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\SPORE\Sporebin

Right click on SporeApp.exe

Properties &gt;&gt; VersionFileVersionthey should automatically install patch 5.1 https://forum.spore.com/jforum/posts/list/37848.page

Sorry, unfortunately, I don't know about the Steam Client. You should directly ask the Steam Community how this works there with patching under Spore!
