I can’t seem to log into NHL 26 online

My PlayStation account is linked to an EA account with an email that is not mine and I cannot receive the login verification code.

I’ve tried logging into my EA account to try and change the email being used for playing online. However, because I can’t access this email, I can’t access anything. It says in order for me to change the email already being used, it would send me a verification code to this email even though I can’t access it. I’ve tried everything it’s suggested, including steps from ChatGPT and YouTube. If anyone else has ran into this problem and has an idea on how I can fix this, that’d be great. Thanks.

Hi there. We're not able to help with account related issues over the EA Forums. An advisor should be able to assist though. Try opening a case by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. Thanks!
