I can't change my email and log into my account

Hello to everyone who decided to help me by going to read what the problem is. Recently, Google, for reasons unknown to me, completely deleted the account that was linked to almost all of my game accounts, including EA, now when I try to log in, it asks me to confirm my identity by sending a code to an email that no longer exists or a mobile phone. When I try to send the code by phone number, the SMS either does not arrive, or it says that there are technical problems and I need to try later or too many attempts. At the moment, I can go to the profile settings through the browser, where the login is miraculously saved, but when I try to change the email, add a new one or change something, it asks me for this code, which does not arrive or says that an error has occurred. I can’t contact the support service because there is no email address or contacts anywhere where I can write, I read the forums and their advice did not help me ...

I am from Ukraine and all attempts with VPN etc. as written on the forms did not help me, I am not even talking about the bot because the answers are the same as in the articles from the developers.

If anyone has encountered this problem, how did you solve it?

P.S. When trying to send a code to a phone there is always an error or some kind of problem, I have not noticed this with mail
