I can't log in in spore

Hi,

 My problem is that i bought spore in Wallmart. I installed it in my computer without any problems and i wanted to log in. I already had my ea account created and i also had my spore account. So I clicked "I already have a account", and i put my information and it started saying connecting, I waited for 10 seconds and then it said "Log In Failed, your computer is offline of the servers or that you have a internet problem". So, i first disconnected from my internet, restarted my computer and connected to my internet and retried the log in again but the same thing happened .Please somebody, help me!!!!
