I cant log in

Hi, I bought the game but when I try to log in after that the game doesnt, start just always says there is a connection or server problem. I did everithing with my router, reistall the game, change region. I dont know what to do. I have an open case but I lost the chat button. I tried the "change information" button too but there is no chat too. Please help.
