Spore Bot Parts Pack Missing

Question

A few days ago I ask EA support for spore bot parts pack, they send me, I ask for the support 3 times and they check, its supposed to be on my account, I tried to reload, repair, and uninstall and install the game, and still no bot parts, how can I have my bot parts???

EA Support can only give you the Bot Parts badge, allowing you to share your bot creations, but to get the bot parts themselves you need to follow the start of this guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2877021506.
