I downloaded the game on a new computer and all of my creations are gone!

So I got a new computer for my birthday because my old one was in it's dying throes, and after installing Spore and it's expansions, I went to "My Creations" after logging in and it was blank. I went to my sporepedia page in the browser and it was also empty. I know all of my creations were automatically uploaded because there was never not the icon indicating such outside of modded creatures. Any idea how I can get them back?
