I lost my PVZ2 progress and your agent stop replying me in HELP CENTER

The thing is the game enter the first stage tutoring after it upgraded to new version which is definitely a bug of your game. So after I can finally went to the main menu I pressed a button with 'cloud' icon and select a option of 'force sync' (you never tell force sync to cloud or to local) and something really bad happened, it turns out I lost my game progress just with this ONE SINGLE CLICK. And that was Janurary 21st, 2025.

After that on the same very first day I contacted your help center, and the long wait start. First, they asked about the name in game and especially the PLAYERID. So I tried my best looking for that. Since I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game I am not sure if the ID shown on your 'profile conflict' page (profile selection between original and new ones, known after couple of days) is the original one. But I was told without that they can't help but why? All your player who lost his progress have to know their ID? It was lost! And you guys put unistalling in your official recovery tutorial! I tried to ask if they can help with my device IMEI, SN or anything. I even uploaded my recharging record since I frequently played the game since 2021, which is $426 in total!!! But they told me they can only (finally) offer an 250,000 Coins, 600 Gems and 25 Tickets to my new game without providing PLAYERID lol. So you all know how much $426 represents? I produced and spent like 10,000,000 Coins, 50,000 Gems at least when the progress was lost.  Check below:

However and fortunately, I found an iPad Air 2 and that is the only device I install PVZ2 on. It is my grandma using before she passed away and since the WIFI of my house changed and the system stop upgrading, I firstly go to the iOS setting app to capture the PLAYERID there (there is one) and I finally confirmed that (it is the same with one I saw on the 'profile conflict' page) because I never changed that since I played the game. The screenshot cannot be transfered because of the app on device is too old and Airdrop is not usable since I changed the AppleID addr. So I use my iPhone took a picuture and told your support team very happily that I found the ID, with the name they could finally help me. 

But I was wrong. They stop replying! I think it was because I provided the ID with typing it. So I sent them the pictures I took, and still no reply. Then I sent them the setting app screenshot of that iPad Air 2. And it did not work. They kept their mouth shut. So I checked the email they gave me with your link very seriously, and found that what they need is the screenshot you should take exactly right after you click the button on main menu to get in the game and click another button to find! Besides that, NON OF ANY OTHER versions, ways of getting PLAYERID is accepted!!!! NON OF THEM!!!! And they never tell you to do exactly what they asked about, they tell you that by stop relying you!!!! You say I am wrong? After I captured the screenshot exactly what they want, I received their email. LOLOLOLOL. Check below:

And after that, they start doing something. They say they received the name and ID and you wait. Yes my waiting started then. In the meantime I 'RESUME' the case like 3-4 times and only get 1 email from them, they told me my case has been transfered to something like a "dedicated team", and I have to wait until they contact me. Especially couple of days ago I received a rating email and I cannot wait since if I did not do anything the case will be closed! And that is one time of the 'RESUME'. And till now, no reply even when I keep doing the 'RESUME' thing. Check below it was the last email they send which is 8 days ago!!!

So what should I do? I told them I am anxious losing the $426 game progress and maybe I just need a reply they tell me something about the case and I will wait! But no they won't talk. The best way is quite simple in my mind which is to just restore the game back to time before January 21st, 2025 and the progress will be back thing is done! I do not know what takes EA support so long time to deal with and I doubt a higher risk of permanently lost since the time goes by and system log will be erased finally. So I will try more ways try to tell more people the story to get help from non-reply EA PVZ2 help. Or, however, if I have to play from the start a reasonable compensation is needed not that 250,000 coins joke.

    The same thing has been happening to me and much worse since they made their updates, they have deleted my game several times and I lost everything.
    Now every time I play in Arena mode they reset the game, making me lose the Glove and my turn, this has been happening to me for many months, almost 2 years, on many occasions and until now they do not fix it, nor do they return to me until today the Gloves, or coins, or diamonds, or plants that they made me lose when resetting my game.
