internet problems in login or registration / spore

Hello. I installed the Spore but when I try to login it types me (you dont have the internet connection or your pc is in offline mode). My internet is working, Im typing this post in online mode ...

     I try it but it still typing that I got my pc in offline mode.

      Are you running the game via our Origin game client?

        I open new content because I forgot my password and email where new password have to come just dont came in past week and I ask for new one like for 3-4 times so I dont have origin but I running the game throught CD because I buy original one.
