Mass Effect 3

I am also having this same problem. I own the deluxe edition 2012 and all DLCs i cant seem to find a way to contact them or even open a ticket. If any case i would like my money back or a way to bypass the stupid launcher that pops up saying activation code required. then when i press to activate it tells me i have no internet and to try again on loop. I have broad band and Wi-Fi so its not the issue. I tried repairing cache cleaning, and even went in and manually deleted all my files from the older origins folder that was hidden on program files 86 and program files under my C drive and Other hard drive inside my pc.. I don't know the work around and I haven't found much help on the forums either. Its extremely frustrating
