24 days agoHi there,
I'm sorry to hear you're unable to play BF1. I see you mentioned you tried many steps, along with reinstalling the EA anticheat. Could you please let us know which steps you've tried so far, so we don't ask you to try the same steps again? Also, if you can share a DxDiag, that will help us identify what could be causing the problem:

- Update Your Graphics Card Driver
- Delete the Battlefield 1 Settings Folder
- Disable DirectX 12 (If Enabled)
- Run the Game and EA App as Administrator
- Clean boot startup
- Disableing all malware protection
- Install/Repair DirectX & VC++ Redistributables
- Add Exclusions to Antivirus/Defender
- Reinstall/Repair EA AntiCheat
- Update Everything
Update your graphics drivers and chipset drivers
- Repair Game Files
- Go to your Battlefield 1 folder where your game is downloaded. Find EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe > Properties > Compatibility. Look for Compatibility mode and set it to Windows 7.
What next?

Thanks for letting us know. I appreciate that you've tried a lot of steps already, and it can be frustrating when nothing seems to help. Could you share a DxDiag with us, as that might help us identify what could be causing this?
