My sims mobile have bug
My baking event crashed when I got 97/98 items. The same item came up 4 times. I contacted many support staff and did the steps on the support forum but nothing happened. I need real help!!!

Happening to me too. Won’t be able to finish the event as now on the last try and running out of time. Two prizes it won’t unlock after days of trying . Only stupid balloons. You better sort this and give us our prizes or compensation! Bad enough the game is no longer being developed or supported. You know, this, and your rubbish customer service, is what stops me from investing in any other EA sims game. Now fix the bug!
