I’m having difficulty as well! And getting so frustrated. EAHELP on twitter/x does not respond. Email no response. 2 open cases. Ignored. My issue is that one of my games will not appear in Library. I got it in 2021 and have had no issues. When app was switched from origin to EA suddenly I no longer own the pack. If I go to the main page it says to “purchase the pack” when I had purchased it all the way back in 2021. No other issues. Back when LIVE CHAT was a thing, I had easily reached out prior to agent via live chat and they fixed it after confirming my receipt order etc. anyways, new update & of course it glitched my game out. Completely restarted it. No sims families no builds all my stuff gone. I had to repair it and now it’s back to saying I don’t own it. It’s literally the sims 4 deluxe edition upgrade, and that’s the only one I cannot get. Now I cannot reach anyone via live chat because it doesn’t exist…. I’ve also emailed & They replied with they no longer check the email and to look at forums for help. Like duh. I would use the forum, but since the game I purchased says I don’t own it that’s not really an option. It tells you to go to your library and download it there and I can’t do that. that’s kind of the whole reason of me reaching out in the first place….. so disappointing.
