No more Wizard101

I recently wathced Markiplier take Spore for a test drive, and I thought I should take a shot at it as well.  I was downloading the necessary items off of the website for the free trial, but for some reason it wasn't able to finish, so I tried a few more times.  Nothing different.  I eventually gave up and decided to resume my time on Wizard101, but it said it was being a blocked by a firewall.  I am suspicious of the Spore downloads because Wizard101 worked just fine about an hour earlier.  I tried locating everything I could related to Spore and uninstalled/deleted it from my computer, but Wizard101 still won't work; I am obviously missing something. Where would the other downloads be (Yes, I looked in my downloads folder; it wasn't there.) Does anyone have this or a similar problem? Help or Advice?
