Overcharging

I’ve had to buy the premium pass twice since yesterday and it keeps telling me that I have to buy it again the first time it did it I just thought maybe I didn’t buy it but after this second time I know I bought it and now it’s acting like I didn’t on top of that yesterday I auctioned a player off I already had  coins but when my player was sold I only had those coins in my account when I cut my game back on this seems to be happening a lot since I made my first Purchase of points it’s like now there talking my money and not giving me what I pay for and locking up my progression unless I buy more points that like scamming and needs to be investigated
