pc game pass installs Friend's Pass instead of full version (EA Play)

Hi, I'm having an issue with It Takes Two through PC Game Pass.

The Xbox app lets me install the game, and my Microsoft account is linked to my EA account.

However, when the EA app installs it, it launches as the Friend's Pass version instead of the full game. The main menu says Friend's Pass and asks me to purchase the full game.

I've confirmed my accounts are linked, signed into the correct EA account, cleared the EA app cache, and reinstalled the game, but the issue remains.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?
