Please activate Bot Parts Pack to my Spore.com account

I really want to have the Bot Parts Pack activated on my Spore.com account. I have the Bot Parts Pack as its files have been released publicly however I cannot share my Bot Parts creations with the Spore Community without it activated onto my Spore.com account, I need the Bot Parts Pack badge in the "Games Owned" tab of my Spore.com account. Who will help the widow's son

 

^ Read through these. Many many many people have come fourth saying that there are those with the authority to do it with this service being granted to them, PLEASE do so for me. This was done for users Igigir and horse14t, how is it not do-able when it clearly is?

 

All I need is the permission to upload Bot Parts Pack creatures to my Spore.come account Baerguy117.
