PVZ GW2

Recently I came back and my save is bugged, all the post gnomus trials content gone and portal closed most of characters gone including the paid ones like chomper even tho I can still see them as my top characters in stats but in wardrove it says I dont have them anymore, can someone from dev team restore backup save for me or smth like that  please.
