Hello there.
According to Microsoft Community
1. Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)
2. Go to the Apps section
3. Check if "Choose where to get Apps" option is set onto "Anywhere"

Yeah that fixed it thank you. It was because my computer was in the s mode store. And now I'm facing more issues, installing script mods and cc mods. Like it's not showing up at the start of the game. And I know how to install more, from years ago I'm a Sims at heart. But I can't even play my game with the mods and cc content because it's not showing up in the start up. And all my downloaded mods are in Sims 4/mods area
