Refund for spore

Can someone please tell me how to get a refund for SPORE which I downloaded but have not been able to even open due to patches not working, glitches and freezing. I tried the EA contact route but it got me nowhere. Seriously don't you guy's have 24/7 online access??? I phoned and was told by a machine no-one was available and was hung-up on and when I went into my account history and clicked on refund of course I get 'this page is not available'.  I don't need this *. I should have known better than to try play games on my Mac. NOT ONCE have I EVER had any luck downloading games to a computer.

Any suggestions would be great so I can move on from this debacle.

    I don't think that EA offers refunds but I could be wrong... Either way you're going to have to contact EA directly by email: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
