In order to unlink platform accounts from an EA account, you must have access to the EA account. For further instructions on how to unlink the accounts, please see: Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account. If you don't have access to the EA account, you will need to contact EA Help Support to see if they're able to assist you further with the necessary account changes.
