Sharing and Ownership issues with Spore: Galactic Adventures

I am having an issue with Spore Galactic Adventures.

My problem:
1. Galactic Adventures does not turn up as purchased on Spore.com it still has the icon that asks me to "get it" even though I have bought it.
2. In-game when I go to share any creations that have Galactic Adventures content it will take the normal few seconds and then say that it was shared normally, which you would think would be fine. But when I check MySpore on Spore.com my creations are not there indicating that they where not shared successfully at all. I am thinking that perhaps this could be some sort of registration issue. I can still share standard Spore creations its just anything with Galactic Adventures content that has this issue.

Additional Info:
I am using the physical disk versions of both Spore and Spore: Galactic Adventures.
I can log in successfully in-game and on Spore.com, there are no issues whatsoever.
I can download and play with other users creations fine.
My friend is using the Steam versions of Spore and Spore: Galactic Adventures and is facing the same issues.

I have already contacted support who pointed me here, hopefully one of you can help me out.

    Hi, It's me, a fellow Spore enthusiast. I recently Purchased the game on steam, and it runs through GOG Galaxy. I'm having a similar issue.

    I purchased the Galactic Adventures, as well as the Creepy and Cute Parts Pack. However, now I can't share anything to http://www.spore.com. 

    It seems my badges are greyed out, and I can't seem to find a work around or a way to contact EA Help. I'm new to using online forums and everything, so I'm hoping to gain some attention by commenting, as I cannot make my own posts yet.

    As a side note, I was hoping that if/when someone looks into this issue for me, maybe we can throw in the Bot Parts Pack?
