Skate. unable to connect to EA services

I genuinely have zero clue as to why this is happening. Tried playing with and without vpn, rebooting, updating gpu drivers - everything. As far as I can see from skate4's subreddit people are playing it w/o encountering such issue so there is probably something wrong on my end. What could I possibly do to resolve this issue?

    After a little bit of digging and experimenting, I'm pretty sure I figured out why wasn't it working. For my fellow Russians out there - if you're launching skate. with "zapret" enabled - you will MOST DEFINITELY encounter the same issue as I did. Turn it off (or uninstall if you've installed it), reboot the PC and the game is going to work just fine.
