SO MANY EPIC EA FAILS!!! EA Help Chat window has never worked for me...(!?)
I've been trying to contact EA Help, but after hours, even days the Chat window is still 'initializing' and I have several totally blank support tickets.
Sent my cdkey via text file in ticket history, but am not sure if that's just a black hole or not...
How can I get this into my Origin account so I can use online features if I can't get into a chat session?
Here it is six or seven years after game release and EA has completely STIFLED this game's huge, nay limitless, social potential, alienated their customer base and basically ruined this game for so many, MANY *new* players like myself who actually PURCHASED what was touted as the most pirated game in history and who won't pursue a solution to a broken system... so sad really.
Yet another reason I ask myself: "WHY am I PAYING for frustration when the pirated version was frustration free?" Answer "online features"
Oh, but wait... apparently EA has killed THOSE too!!
Talk about shooting yourself in the foot EA!
<head shake> Damn EA... Seriously, WHERE is my motivation to BUY this easily pirated game now? (which, after a torrent version convinced me to, I already DID buy, and bought the 2 addons PURELY for online features, but I *WAS* about to recommend it to some gamer friends for their kids, and NOW I had to back peddle and tell them WAIT! DON'T buy it on PC!!)
