Spore - Steam Version with unavailable CD Key

I need to contact a HUMAN to support me. 

I already seen too much cases of this - people have their game bought on Steam, but can't use online features and can't see their CD Key. I can't even contact a real support - there's no such option on site. Can a real support help me here, on forum, then?
I have proofs that i OWN a game copy on steam. I just need a CD Key of it, which i can't see.
