Spore cannot be opened

I have been getting this messae: 

"Could not write license data!
Please contact Customer Support for further instructions."

I have already tried to de-authorize this computer but another message states:

"This computer does not have an active liscense to remove."

This is the only computure I have installed it on so I'm not sure what happened. What else can I do to get the game to work?
