Spore cd-key activation

I purchased the Spore: Ultimate Digital Collection pack from gamefly and already contacted them about this issue.  They said the cd-keys they provided are in working order.

The problem I'm having is that the main spore game cd-key wont activate in origin however I got the galactic and creature pack ones to activate perfectly fine. My wife also bought this pack and is having the same issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
