Spore DLC bought on Steam want to have it in my EA account too

Hello,i have bought the Spore Creepy and Cute pack from steam, but it doesnt give me the Creepy and Cute tag on the Sporepedia and doesnt really let me officialy show the uploaded creature on the Spore servers

Where it says "Games used" it shows the swirly Spore icon for the Spore game itself and the other correspodning DLCs.

I tried contacting support but no avail at all
