Spore EA-Steam cd key online registry

Is this customer support? I've been tearing my hair out for like an hour actually finding customer support trough the EA app I've downloaded the "origin" thingy website that doesn't load and this website because I wanted Io talk to a actual human being about my issue.
 If this is what I think it is I continue rambling.

I bought the steam version of Spore . actually all 3 versions of it being the "Spore" "Spore creepy and cute"  "Spore galactic adventures here are the receipts to show so

Alll I want to do is connect my steam game to the servers but I need a product key that I don't have (but I have also sent a ticket to steam about asking them for one.. maybe they reply or probably not)  And with the 100 steps for me to do this I need a spore CDkey but not a %CDKEY% that I register here in EA so I can get the same game the 2nd time so I can use the servers.

Can I get a Spore gamekey? And after I typed in my gamekey can I use the multiplayer aspects of the game?  This is really complicated and  I got a headache even trying to navigate this mess.

All this started with the steam version of the game not connecting to the internet or something (I have flushed my DNS and ran trouble shooter etc I don't have any issues there)
