Spore Galactic Adventures Game via Origin 2015

Parent here!  I purchased numerous games from Origin and my family have had little problems with the Game Management Website until this year.  My son's favorite games fail to work properly, get stuck in updating, or won't allow him to log into the games with his Origin Password.    Spore Galactic Adventures does not open, or is not responding in our Origin Account.   I have asked for assistance through Origin Support numerous times without any feedback.  I have inquired on the Spore Forum Boards and deleted and reinstalled the game twice and the game is stuck in updating and is not responding.  I have inquired via my Origin Report ID numbers and my Origin Account record of Report ID is stuck in an old "closed" Error Reported Case and will not allow me to inquire the New Report Case Numbers for Support Feedback.   Where can I find a contact person in Origin Management for Assistance?  There are new games that my son wants in Origin, but I will not purchase another game until all the Games Previously Purchased are working properly.   Right now, I wouldn't recommend Origin's Website to purchase and manage games online because of their failure in Tech Support and too many problems with the games purchased and downloaded via Origin.   Who can I reach other than an Attorney?   Please help.
