spore galactic wont accept my password

spoke with trech we  installed program in origin access, it rejects my password, which is the right one.

    @Promytius If it is rejecting the password then it is most likely an issue that you are entering the wrong password, hence why I suggested resetting it. 

    If you are not getting the security code then it would appear that you entered an email or phone number that you no longer have access to. The only solution to your issue is to reset your password.

    no because in order to do that something called a "security code" is required. WHAT???

    Anyway, I don't see how resetting a perfectly functioning password will change anything. I can login to EA, Origin, the forums, etc., so why change it? Isn't there a file to delete/rename or a command to give or a different download?

    Originally I bought this on Steam, and played for a long time. Then deleted for long time. Then recently re-installed and it would not accept password. I talked to EA, they installed it on Origin and I have the same problem there as well. I mean, I have lots of EA games and login sites and they all work except Spore, so another solution would be preferable! Thanks!
