Spore not Showing Up as Registered on Origin

I recieved Spore as a gift when I was a kid and still using a ridiculous childhood email address. I've played that game often in the years since I recieved it. When I moved on to a new email address, I still remembered my old Spore password/login, so I didn't think it would be an issue that I could no longer access that email. (Forgot the password a LONG time ago!)

But recently I needed to install Galactic Adventures on my sister's computer, and when I opened Origin and logged in with my spore information for the first time, I was surprised to find that Spore (neither galactic adventures or the original) were shown in the "My Games" list. When I tried to redeem the codes again with Origin (they were originally registered on Spore), I was told there was an error.

I'm worried this is related to my inability to check my old email account and finalize my email with origin. Any ideas?

I only tied it to Origin for the first time this morning. When I tried to redeem the code again just now, it told me that the code was already used.

What EA contact should I use? (Sounds like a possible solution)

You remembered your spore login info, but did you tie it to origin? if you didn't that could be why it won't redeem in origin. You could try contacting ea and giving them your 20 char product key and spore account and asking for a way to connect it to your origin with a new 16 char redeem key.
