Spore Problems with Code [2000] [1004]

Hello,

I've been in contact with EA Support for a while now, and they transferred my game Spore from Steam to the EA app. At first, I could play it normally, but then this error came up, and I bought the expansions, but I can't play them. I've tried everything with the registry editor but when I see Spore I never know what to do because no one ever tells me what to do when I find Sporefolder.

Please help.
