I bought a spore game on steam and am still unable to properly access the comunity content because of this error.
I also trieed registering the game on origin, but in this case it won't even start.
help would be appreciated

ich kann mich weder im Spiel noch auf spore.com anmelden (noch mit dem Server verbinden).
Der EA Live-Chat hat mir leider nicht helfen können, bzw. die Vorschläge haben nichts gebracht und nun komme ich nicht mehr in diesen Chat.
Welche möglichkeit habe ich?
Das Spiel ist von damals noch auf Disc, also weder von Origin noch von Steam.
Ich nutze Windows 8.
