sporepedia

Question

I went for a couple years not playing spore, but every time I've reinstalled I tested to make sure creatures were uploading to the sporepedia.

After changing to install from EA, rather than from disc, my new creatures and updates to old ones don't appear in the sporepedia. I did try to check my "everything" tab, but all I can see are my user-created sporecasts.

Creations prior to the last reinstall DO show up in the sporepedia.

Creations in-game appear to be handled properly and there are no game issues.

I'm and experienced spore user, having played since 2008. Do you know of anything that affects uploads in this way?

I tried earlier to regen the pollination package, but it didn't seem to have an effect. I hate doing it, since it takes so long to repopulate, and the imported creations on the planets change. Spore has a terabyte drive allocated to it, both program files, cache and storage.

The last time this happened was when I was logged on the spore site during database maintenance, but there's no way for me to test that.

Thanks for thinking about it for me. I'm not well acquainted with reinstalls off the origin site, and hoped this was a common quirk. This far I have two creations, made a year apart, and neither has been added to the sporepedia. There were at least two regens during that time, plus clean installs.

Also, my in game sporepedia is entirely correct, and includes all of my old and new creations, plus new ones made by buddies.

The only thing affected is the server-side database.

If I make something new, it's in my local game sporepedia, but never gets pushed up too the spore servers.

Which is the opposite of the other person's problem where creations on the server-side are not getting pushed down to his local copy.

Do you work with any mods or limbs mods that could possibly prevent!
How&nbsp;do you named your creatures. Sometimes it can also be because of the label or tags, that they are wil be blocked
