spores wont allow me to log into EA Account

Make sure that the firewall isn't blocking it. When you try and log in a message should pop up to allow access, alt+tab to see if the pop up has appeared, if it did, click allow.

have you purchased the game through Steam, if yes you should be registered via Origin. Otherwise the online features will not be available
