(SOLVED) In short contacted EA provided proof of purchase and was given access through EA App signed in just fine.
In detail : just got the game and not able to sign in at all with steam version not spore.com account or through EA so the EA Help page is confusing but has a section to search a game you need help with EA Player Help Services - Contact Us this link directly takes you to the spore help section and more specific being unable to sign into EA on spore. by clicking chat with us and waiting around 5 minutes you will state your issue "just bought game internet fine not able to log in" you will provide proof of purchase and be provided the ability to play the game through the EA App or for a refund choose to play the game through EA App after signing out and back in you will have the game in library on EA App install and sign in !!!!!
maybe me being nice and following instructions exactly helped but be sure to provide both pictures full screen of desktop with transaction history and of email of purchase showing everything.
not true..
I send proof of purchase, at least at least 10 times, and every time got told it was not proof.. and the chat "thing" requested the same screenshot again and again..
At last I gave up,and wrote to Steam Support, and immediately got a refund.
Hint: Don't: use the request a refund button, if you have tried to start the game for a long time, you will then get an auto answer, that you have played the game for too long time.
Write to support instead, they know about the problem.. ( wonder why they sell games they know are not working?)
Ea support sucks !!
